"I'm sure you have heard about the devasting flood in Gonaives, Haiti. More than 1200 bodies buried in mass graves and still more than 1200 people missing...no potable water, no food and no shelter. Jim and Gayle Durham are close personal friends of mine in HAiti. They live in Mountrouis, Haiti and have an orphanage. Copied below is an email from them re: the flood relief they are invovlved in, in Gonaives. The relief measures are very dangerous, as the panic stricken, starving people fight to get food and water. If you know of people who would be willing to help the starving people in Gonaives, I know that these people can be trusted and the money would go directly for the purchase of food and medical supplies for Gonaives. The address of where to send money is in their email. Even if you are unable to send a donation, please pray for the people of Gonaives and for the safety of those people reaching out to help them. Sharron Etheridge" (photo)
